Wet Tropics Biosecurity Futures - Cat Management Workshop

We need to talk about cats!

Join us for the first of our regional biosecurity conversation series as we undertake a deep dive into cat management. We will be exploring the full nexus of cats from domestic animals to feral cats; from our urban areas to the Wet Tropics Rainforests and everything in between.

The day will feature guest speakers to provoke your thoughts and stimulate conversation as we explore current and future directions to understanding the social, environmental and economic impacts of cats in the Wet Tropics region.

In a series of facilitated sessions we will map out opportunities and approaches to protecting our unique wild places and unique biodiversity and keeping domestic and companion animals safe.

Speakers and final agenda will be released closer to the date.

Refreshments and networking lunch provided.

Spaces are limited so please book early to secure your place.
