Winters Flat PS Garden Party
Description
Winters Flat Primary School is throwing a giant garden party to raise money for our school and to share our beautiful surrounds with the wider community.
There will be food from our Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden, live entertainment, children's activities plus a market of stalls of Home Grown, Home Made or Pre-loved.
If you would like to have a mini-garage sale or if you would like to have a craft, plant, baked goods or second hand goods stall, please book your stall. Stalls are $25 per 3x3m lot, and you keep the profits.
FAQs
- What do I need to bring with me on the day?
You need to bring your own tables, tubs, clothes racks, marquees, etc. as well as a cash box with lots of change. You might also like to make a sign with your PayId if you would like payments electronically.
You can't borrow tables from the school!
- What sort of stall can I have?
The theme is the Garden Party is Home Made, Home Grown or Pre-loved. This fits with the sustainability values of the school. Within that the possibilities are endless!
You could sell produce or seedlings from your garden, jams that you have made, jewellery or skincare that you have made. You could also have a big clean out and have a mini garage sale (this is a great opportunity for kids to clean out their rooms and move on toys that they are done with and make a bit of pocket money).
- What time can I arrive?
You can be onsite from 8am with your car, but you need to move your car to the nearby street parking by 8:45. Vehicle access will reopen at 1:30pm.
If you need to leave before then, you'll need to carry things to the car.
- How big are the stalls?
Approx. 3x3m. If you need more than that, please book a second stall.
