Join us this Mother’s Day weekend for a deeply nourishing rongoā wānanga, celebrating the sacred essence of wāhine and the nurturing forces that live within and around us. This is your invitation to pause, reconnect, and replenish.

Guided by the wisdom of our atua wāhine —
✨ Hine-ahu-one, the first woman, shaped from clay
✨ Hine-tītama, the dawn of awareness
✨ Hine-nui-te-pō, guardian of transformation
✨ Hine-te-iwaiwa, atua of childbirth, creativity and weaving
🌕 Hina, goddess of the moon and feminine rhythm —
we weave their presence into a beautiful experience of healing, hauora, and aroha.

🌿 What to Expect:

• Karakia & Mihi Whakatau to open the space with intention and calm

• Wāhine Wellness Circle – kōrero about balancing hinengaro, tinana, and wairua

• Atua Wāhine Stories – connecting motherhood to atua and maramataka

• Rongoā Workshop – create your own healing oil using kawakawa, horopito, and kopakopa, with kōrero on their unique gifts for wāhine wellbeing

• Whakatau Hinengaro – guided meditation or sound practice for calm

• Whakanoa with Kai – grazing platter and herbal teas shared together

• Closing Karakia & Gift – take home your own healing hinu

All māmā, wāhine, and caregivers — from any whakapapa — who wish to be nourished and honoured. Whether you are a mother, have lost a mother, are becoming a mother, or simply wish to celebrate wāhine in your life, this space welcomes you.

• Morning Session: 10:00am – 12:00pm

• Afternoon Session: 2:00pm – 4:00pm

💰 Tickets:

• $60 for one person

• $100 for two people (bring a māmā, sister, friend)
  Spaces are limited to 10 per session – bookings essential.
