Charmaine - www.instagram.com/dermal_glow<... been working is the beauty and dermal industry for 18 years. 10 of those years in Perth, Australia working along side plastic surgeons and cosmetic doctors in some of the most high tech medical skin devices in the industry.
Charmaine was awarded a trip to Barcelona and underwent training by a team of biochemists that helped create revolutionary treatments used for treating stubborn skin concerns like melasma and acne, along with other advanced anti aging treatments.
She moved back to New Zealand in 2020 and opened her first skin clinic in Ohope beach during the COVID-19 pandemic, to most recently opening her second luxury skin clinic in Papamoa during the current recession.
Charmaine is also the national trainer for BBL Sciton laser where she travels New Zealand training other dermal therapist, nurses and dermatologists.
Her passion for skin and helping others feel confident, has been the main drive for building her successful businesses and it shines through with the real results achieved seen on Dermal Glow website and social media.

Casey is a busy working mum of 3 children and juggles not only one but 2 successful businesses with number 3 and 4 opening soon. She has been in the wedding and events industry here in the Bay of Plenty for 12 years running her business successfully in Tauranga, then making the move back to her hometown of Whakatāne before the birth of her third child in 2017. During and post Covid as many businesses were struggling in the events industry Casey pivoted from her plan and took on a corporate Event Managers role for another organisation, deciding to slow her business right down and focus on using her family land to start designing a small scale flower farm and garden venue while there were no events in the area.

Fast forward to today Casey has been involved in well over 600 events ranging from stunning high-profile weddings to large scale community functions for thousands. From planning and co-ordinating to styling and florals Casey plays a key role.

It has been an organic journey for Casey and her team over the last decade, surviving a global pandemic, juggling mum/work life and riding the wave that all women in business endure. With the recent separation of the florals into its own stand-alone business and retail store – Meadow Club, Casey is now looking forward to officially opening her garden venue Meadow Hill in 2025 and also a new business venture - Boon Collective in which two other local Whakatāne wahine created together
