Whale Watch Reading Festival
Event description
The Whale Watch Reading Series is a festival of new work brought to you by Sarah Groustra and four fellow emerging playwrights who became fast friends at a writing conference in the crisp, glacial, and mountainous air of Alaska: Zach Barr, Emma Durbin, Kanika Vaish, and Nina Kissinger.
Inspired by each other’s writing and the desire to both build community together and invest in each other’s creative careers, we are bringing four plays in one weekend (January 3-5, 2025) to New York City’s East Village Basement.
