Whale Sighting Guarantee:

While we strive to provide whale sightings on every trip, we cannot guarantee them. Refunds, discounts, or repeat trips are not guaranteed in the event of non-sightings. These offers are at the sole discretion of the business owners.

Weather Conditions:
Trips may be changed or cancelled due to weather conditions, as determined solely by Cavalier Cruises. The company reserves the right to inspect bags at any time for security purposes.

Boarding Time:
Passengers must arrive at the departure location at least 20–30 minutes prior to boarding. Public cruises will depart on time.

Liability:
We do not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from participation in our tours, except where it is caused by our negligence. Passengers participate in our tours at their own risk and are responsible for their personal safety and belongings.

Weather-Related Cancellations:
Trips may be changed or cancelled due to weather conditions. Sunshine Coast Afloat reserves the right to cancel services due to inclement weather, which is generally defined as heavy precipitation creating visibility issues, extreme wind, and extreme swell conditions deemed dangerous by Sunshine Coast Afloat/Cavalier Cruises. This determination is not subject to passenger input. In the event of a cancellation, rescheduling to an alternative date will be organized at a convenient time.
