BDSM is risky business - we know this and we LOVE it!
We research our play, assess, mitigate, and manage risk. We have our first aid kit at the ready. We have the scene set and think, 'what could possibly go wrong'.

Well, MANY things and some of them completely unexpected and totally unplanned for.

Mistress Zoe Demure has been a kink professional for over ten years, and she is proof that even those most expert amongst us have to deal with sudden emergencies and unexpected crisis. Lorlen is a fully qualified doctor currently studying surgery, and is infamous on the Melbourne kink scene for her hardcore masochistic bottoming. Together these two incredible players will combine their lived experience of hazardous play with their professional expertise to explore ways of handling (or hopefully avoiding!) a kink crisis.

During this conversational event Mistress Zoe and Lorlen will engage you with stories of their own unexpected disasters - outlining what went wrong, steps taken to correct the scene, and the ramifications of the play, including what was learnt. This is an amazing opportunity to learn from the lived experience of Mistress who must consider 'what could possibly go wrong' every moment of her working life, and a lifestyle kinkster who is trained and qualified to deal with the ramifications of something going wrong. You will be welcome to contribute your own thoughts and insights to the conversation as we would love to facilitate an opportunity to learn from each other, and value each experience.

Some of the topics covered during discussion include:
~ Unconsciousness and how to handle it
~ How much blood is too much blood?
~ Avoiding nerve damage
~ When do you call 000?
~ Needle stick injury management

The discussion will cover descriptions of scenes including medical play, impact play, bondage, anal play, and breathplay, and will not be light entertainment.
