Small Giants Academy warmly invites you to our third conversation in our 2026 webinar series, Trust in the Age of AI.

As we approach the Wisdom & Action Forum 2026, this series will deepen our collective understanding of how artificial intelligence is transforming trust, cohesion, and the fabric of our shared humanity

We stand in an era defined by extraordinary technological change, where trust sits at the heart of our future - trust in each other, in our institutions & systems and in the technologies we are creating. What are the opportunities, and what are the risks?

Through intimate dialogues with thought leaders, technologists, artists, philosophers, and change makers, we invite a global conversation on what it means to live, lead and create in the age of AI - a shared inquiry that will carry us into the Wisdom & Action Forum in May 2026.

'What Does Responsible AI Look Like? For your business, your team and the world we want to build?

In this conversation, Berry Liberman sits down with Lisa Talia Moretti, a digital sociologist and Responsible AI practitioner working at the intersection of technology, ethics and governance.

Named one of the top 100 people in Britain shaping the digital and technology landscape, Lisa has helped influence technology policy for the UK government, UK Parliament and the World Health Organization, and is currently Co-Chair of the AI Council at the British Interactive Media Association.

Lisa brings an important human lens to the AI conversation, looking not only at what these systems can do, but who they serve, how they shape power, and the responsibilities of those building them.

As artificial intelligence moves rapidly into the systems that organise our work, information and decision-making, the pace of innovation is often moving faster than the social and ethical frameworks we have to guide it.

Lisa advocates that AI will not solve all our problems, but it is uniquely positioned to solve some. The deeper challenge is how we design and govern these technologies so they reflect the values we hold.

What does it mean for AI systems to reflect our values?
Who holds responsibility when technology shapes decisions, relationships and power?

Together, Berry and Lisa explore what it means to navigate AI responsibly in this moment of rapid change and how we ensure the systems we build strengthen rather than diminish our human capacities for judgment, connection and care.

Central Enquiry:

As AI becomes embedded in the systems that organise work, information and decision-making, this conversation asks:

What does responsible AI actually look like in practice?
How can organisations ensure technology reflects their values — not just their productivity goals?

Together we'll explore:

Why AI can solve some problems powerfully, while creating new challenges we must consciously design for.
The growing risk of “skills atrophy” as we outsource more thinking and decision-making to machines.
How ethics can move beyond compliance and become a genuine driver of innovation and better design.
What it would mean to rethink data ownership and agency in an AI-enabled world.
How organisations can embed their values into the systems and technologies they deploy.
Why, in a world increasingly mediated by machines, human connection and presence may become more important than ever.
