You paste a client email into ChatGPT. Upload a business document to Claude. Ask Gemini to summarise a spreadsheet.

Where does that information go? Who can access it? Could it be used to train an AI model? And does paying for an account change the answer?

What happens when I put my data into an AI platform? takes a plain-English look at how ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, Copilot and Perplexity handle the information you share.

We’ll dig through their Terms of Service and privacy policies, comparing free and paid personal accounts with team, business and enterprise offerings, where available. We’ll examine what the policies say, which settings matter and what you should check before uploading information from your workplace or clients.

During this webinar, we’ll cover

What happens to the prompts, files and other information you submit.
When your data may be used to train or improve AI models, and what choices you have.
How privacy commitments differ across account types, including whether a paid subscription changes how your data is handled.
What chat history, temporary chats and deletion mean for your information.
How to make more informed decisions about sharing personal, client and business information.

Designed for business owners, staff and anyone using AI at work, this session requires no technical background.

Leave with a clearer understanding of where your data goes, which controls to check and what questions to ask before your next upload.
