About our hosts:

Hannah Redford.

Hannah Redford has been in the disability sector for over 10 years and a support coordinator for 5 years.  Hannah founded Tulip Coordination in 2021 to specialise in supporting the LGBTIQ+ community and in particular trans gender participants, who often don't have people around them who understand what is happening for them.  Hannah has the unique perspective of having 2 of her 3 children on the NDIS, so understands what it is like to be a participant and a cog in the machine.  Hannah is known as an excellent NDIS communicator, making the complex easy to understand.

He is the Principal Consultant for Rosenbaum Consulting a boutique NDIS Provider Consultancy Firm, and the Co-founder of All Access Pass (AAP). AAP provides the support and facilities to enable the participation of people with disabilities at events and festivals around Australia. He is passionate about continuous improvement in the NDIS Sector, driven by his lived experience as a carer and being neurodivergent himself.

Karen Lorenzon.

Hello, everyone. I am recognized as the Pink-haired lady in the NDIS sector. With over 20 years of experience in the disability field, I have acquired a wealth of knowledge. Additionally, I am a mother to an autistic son who also has ADHD, and I myself have ADHD. I believe these experiences have given me a unique perspective and the ability to think outside the box. My particular expertise lies in networking, effectively conveying your narrative to your target audience, creating brand awareness, fostering business growth, and utilizing social media marketing. These areas are my passion and ignite my soul.
