Jay Ridgewell
Jay is a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide with a background in science education. Jay facilitates relational nature therapy experiences through Held Outside, informed by the practice of Shinrin Yoku (Japanese ‘forest bathing’). We can all benefit from the therapy nature offers, but sometimes we don’t know how or where to start. Here is your opportunity to hear how, together with the physiological and psychological benefits of nature connection in her presentation:
