About Your Event Host: Jules Haddock
As a Principal Master Mental Health First Aid Instructor and accomplished conversationalist in mental health education with GenU training, President of Art of the Minds, and owner of The Anxious Bird, and author of Finding Faith in Mental Illness, Jules still finds time to practice her art and look after her own mental wellbeing!
Jules understands the importance in sharing our mental health battles and loves to take people on a, at times, humorous conversational journey in destigmatising mental illness through creative education.
