The 3 valuation methods that actually matter (and the one most owners get wrong)
Your 4 real exit options – and which one pays the most with the least stress
The single biggest mistake that costs owners 30–70% of value (and how to avoid it)
A 5-step “Start Today” checklist you can action this week

Hvae you poured your heart and soul into your business over the years and are now ready to sell? Do you have everything in place for a succession plan?

Did you know Crisis-driven exits are common and usually deliver poorer outcomes?

Key Point 1: Do You Know THE TRUE Value of your business? The RIGHT STRATEGY depends on your sector and your business earnings.

Key Point 2: Do You Know Your Exit Options?

a) Family succession: the next generation or a key family member.

b) Internal sale: Management buyout, employee share plan, or transition to a

trusted insider

c) Merger: Partnering with another business to scale, diversify, or a gradual exit

d) Third-party sale: Selling up to an external buyer, investor, or competitor.

Each path brings unique challenges around valuation, leadership transition, and

stakeholder communication. Not planning ahead risks value erosion, family conflict,

or hurried “fire sale” exits when crisis hits.

Discover why the most successful legacies are planned, not improvised.

Let’s turn “what’s next?” into a powerful opportunity—protecting your legacy, your

wealth, and your peace of mind.
