Learn about the joys and benefits of plant based eating and eating native foods for your wellbeing and the environment.

Be part of a cooking demo with Billie Cornthwaite , Meez On Catering- amazing chef with a flair and great passion for infusing native foods into everything she does and .. a very special guest will be Aunty Daphne Rickett, proud Kaurna,Latji Latji , Ngarrindjeri woman. Time for some deep listening and learning about the wonder of native foods and the deliciousness of eating more plants.

Discover tips on sourcing cheap nourishing food as well as recipes and resources provided.
A share table of local produce will also be available so please bring any extra produce, seeds or recipes you like to share.
