What's Eating Climate Change
Event description
What's eating climate change
Want to know more about what's happening in the food waste space in Aotearoa?
We've gathered an awesome lineup of leaders working at different stages of the food system who are on a mission to help reduce food waste and the emissions that come with it.
Join us for a panel as we ask 'What does food waste mean to you?' to those on the front line working on solutions to address the food-waste crisis. Whether you're a seasoned sustainability advocate, a curious foodie, or someone looking to deepen their knowledge about eco-conscious eating, this event promises to have something for you. You'll get to sample some delicious foods made from rescued items and know what to look for to help reduce your personal foodprint.
We look forward to hosting our wonderful lineup of panellists:
Professor Dame Juliet Gerrard FRSNZ, HonFRSC
Jimmy Hignett from Greengrower
Dallas Abel from Legasea and the Kai Ika Project
Katie Jackson & Angus Simms from Wonky Box
Big thanks to our event sponsor GridAKL
