Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your session. Late entry and re-entry are not permitted.
Tickets: Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Evening sessions: Please check the minimum age requirement for your chosen session before booking.
Accessibility: If you or a member of your party requires wheelchair-accessible seating or holds a Companion Card, please contact the Planetarium before booking so we can reserve appropriate seating.
Inside the Planetarium: Food and drink, use of mobile phones, electronic devices, photography, or prams are not permitted.
Parking: is free in P6 car park and along University Boulevard on weekends.
