How to balance density and affordability with ecology and nature? Should citizens have more say in planning and rate rises? Join us for a public forum on the planning future of the Northern Beaches.

We all want to protect our homes, our heritage, our amenity and our environment. At the same time, we want walkable lifestyles, public transport, affordable housing and engaged community. How to balance these values? What is the best and fairest way forward? Could a Citizens’ Assembly provide consensus? WHAT’S NEXT FOR THE NORTHERN BEACHES is a free public forum to discuss these issues and point a way forward.
