The Spinal Flow Technique

The Spinal Flow approach to better health detects, reduces and helps prevent physical, emotional and chemical nervous system stressors and blockages, creating more ease in the body. When there is more ease in the body and full movement and flexibility in your spine, the nerve’s signals can reach your organs and the cells of your body, resulting in better health, mental clarity, and healing.

We all have stressors in our lives, these stressors can be physical, emotional or chemical. Your body has the innate wisdom to heal itself; however when a stressor isn’t fully released, it is stored in your body and can create blockages in your nervous system.

The Spinal Flow Technique is a powerful yet gentle healing modality that facilitates healing via the nervous system. It consists of light touches on areas of your sine without manipulation, popping or cracking.

Angela Bauer - Owner and Spinal Flow Practitioner - Transcend Healing

Angela Bauer, founder of Transcend Healing, is committed to helping people live a life they love by assisting them, through the Spinal Flow Technique, to release stress to transform their mind, body and spirit.

After 20 years in the corporate world, Angela realized that people respond to stress and create results in their own unique ways. However, she recognized that the world at large doesn’t seem to take into account the unique individual responses to stress and creating results. The expectations to bottle up, get on with it, and not deal with issues, she later learned, accumulate as stresses in the body, resulting in blockages preventing flow of life.

Angela lived through these stresses herself. Her body and mind suffered from unresolved residues of self-doubt, anxiety, loss of a parent, divorce, unfaithful relationships, and job redundancies.

On a quest to connect to the innate wisdom she always knew she had, she dabbled in different healing modalities. This led her on a search for tools and techniques. She trained as a Success Coach, did a Master NLP Practitioner Course, became a TIME Techniques and EFT Practitioner as well as a Hypnotherapist. However, she found that most of these helped with the mind. They neglected who we are on a soul level. This led her to the exploration of the spiritual and soulful parts of herself. Eventually, Angela came across the Spinal Flow Technique which incorporated a soulful approach to healing the body. With it she cleared major life stressors and started thriving in flow and clarity. She became so passionate about it that she dedicated her life to becoming a Spinal Flow practitioner.

Currently Angela works with people to assist them to connect deeply within, unraveling years of pain, hurt, trauma and stress, effortlessly resulting in a new way of life.

John Pears - Owner and Spinal Flow Practitioner - Vital Flow Wellness

John has been involved in healing since he was a teenager, when, finding he was “pretty ordinary” at most sports, his father, who was a previous all-around sporting champion & an extremely well respected & sort after Sport Medicine Trainer, took him under his wing & taught him all he knew about healing & the innate ability that the body has.

After his father’s retirement, John went on to become the” go to person” around his community & family for injuries, traumas & spinal related issues.

After searching for years for an all-encompassing modality, he chose Spinal Flow, because he truly believes in helping people achieve optimal wellness.

John is passionate about helping his clients & looks forward to meeting, assisting & guiding you along your wellness road soon.
