What The Heck Is NLP?

Ever noticed how one sentence can ruin your day, how someone can lift your mood, or how an image or past experience in your mind can stop you from doing something you know you want to do? That’s NLP territory.

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is one of the most talked-about and most misunderstood tools in coaching and personal growth. Some people swear by it, some call it pseudo science and yet others think it’s mind tricks. In one hour, I’ll cut through the hype and show you what it really is, without the jargon.

You’ll walk away knowing:

✅ What NLP actually is, where it came from, and what it isn’t

✅ How the words you use, the pictures in your head shape how you feel and act

✅ How I, Usha, used NLP to get rid of my anxiety

✅ The various topics that NLP covers so you know the range of tools you can acquire

✅ Why we teach Timeline Therapy together with NLP and what Timeline Therapy is

✅ One simple technique you can try live on the call and use the same day

✅ How managers, business owners, world leaders, and everyday people use NLP to create lasting transformation in their lives

✅ Whether NLP is something you’d like to explore further

✅ Q&A, Ask us your questions about NLP
