About the Roundtable

Maybe you’ve heard the terms People Experience, or People Experience as a Product, or Product-led PX, and you’re like “huh?!”

You’re probably also a little burned out from chasing the AI train whilst trying desperately not to get run over by it.

This session is for anyone who wants to ask the “stupid” questions about what People Experience is, why it matters, and how it might help us build high-performing AI-enabled organisations. Because if we just layer AI over broken, high-friction performance processes, we just get faster failure.

This is NOT a webinar. We are all about fostering real community, so this session is capped at 50 people and won't be recorded for distribution. Our hope is to create genuine, live, two-way conversations with smaller breakout Q&As, so that you can engage directly with the panellists.

The Panel

Our host Meg Bernard-May (Founder of PollinateXD & Co-Founder of PX Dojo) will be leading a quick-fire, conversational panel with three exceptional people who have deep expertise in designing for humans:

What you'll leave with

  • Clarity: a demystified understanding of how the definition of "performance" changes in a PX-led, AI-enabled world

  • Competitive advantage: why designing the human experience first is your only real defence against automating friction

  • Action: exactly 1 practical thing you can test immediately, using iterative and co-creative design frameworks
