What the **** is People Experience?
About the Roundtable
Maybe you’ve heard the terms People Experience, or People Experience as a Product, or Product-led PX, and you’re like “huh?!”
Or maybe you're trying to build a high-performing organisation without grinding your people into the ground, and you're stuck on how.
This session is for anyone who wants to ask the "stupid" questions: what People Experience actually is, why it matters, and why it deserves your attention when everyone else is pointing at AI.
We're all feeling the squeeze right now, and the instinct is to invest less in people. We think that's backwards. In a world of work that won't stop changing, there's one set of mindsets that will help you meet whatever lands on your desk next — the mindsets of a designer. That's what we teach, and that's what we're giving you an overview of here.
This isn't another webinar where someone talks at you for an hour. We're here for a real conversation about the tensions we actually face in these roles, and to send you away with something you can use on Monday.
The Panel
Our hosts, the founders of PX Dojo, Meg Bernard-May (Founder of PollinateXD & Co-Founder of ) and Adam Axon (Founder of Give A Damn) in a quick-fire back and forth, putting each other on the spot about what works, what doesn't, and where they don't agree.
And the people who've actually done it
We'll also be joined by a couple of graduates from the first PX Dojo white belt cohort, sharing their biggest lightbulb moments, what they do differently now, and what's changed as a result of learning about the fundamentals of People Experience.
How it will run:
We'll run the panel discussion for approximately 45-mins
There'll be 20 mins or so of Q&A
Then if you have time to stay on we'll put you into a breakout room with your peers to discuss how you can apply the learnings in practice.
What you'll leave with
Clarity — the four mindsets behind a People Experience approach, and what each one looks like in practice
Proof — real stories from people who've applied this inside their own organisations
Action — one challenge to take back to the piece of work that matters most on your plate right now
Bring the question you've been too embarrassed to ask.
