Injury at work? Don’t let WorkCover catch you off guard!

Did you know you may be entitled to make a claim for compensation? Many union members are still unaware of their rights and entitlements under WorkCover. If you are injured on the job, it’s crucial for you to understand the support and options available to you. Insurers have their own tricks, and understanding the system is key to getting what you deserve.

Join us for an exclusive, no-nonsense information session designed just for union members, where we’ll guide you through the WorkCover process and share valuable insights to help you with your claim. This session will be delivered by Principal Lawyer Salvatore Giandinoto and Senior Associate Sarah Notarianni from Maurice Blackburn, alongside Union Relationship Organiser Bella Manson.

In this free and confidential information session, we will discuss:

How to complete a WorkCover claim form - (and avoid costly mistakes!)
Benefits of WorkCover and our top tips for navigating the scheme
When to seek legal advice (hint: sooner than you think!)
