What's Really Driving Your Decisions?

Most business owners know their company values, but far fewer understand the personal values that shape how they lead, delegate, make decisions, manage risk, and grow.

Our values aren’t just words on a wall … they become the invisible rules you build your business around. I’m not talking about honesty, integrity, etc.; I'm talking about how we spend our time, money, and energy ... AND ...

1. Security can stop you from taking the next risk.

2. Freedom can make structure feel restrictive.

3. Achievement can make slowing down almost impossible.

4. Being needed can make delegation difficult.

5. Control can make growth dependent on you.

None of these values is wrong … but … the things you value most can also become the very things that limit you.

In this Table conversation, we’ll explore what you really value - not what you think you should value - and how those values are influencing the way you run your business.

You’ll look at:

what is really driving your decisions
where your values are serving you
where they may be creating unconscious constraints
the rules you may have been living by without realising it
what becomes possible when those rules are seen more clearly

Your values aren’t just what matters to you – they are making your business decisions.

The Table is a facilitated conversation for established business owners who want to understand the psychology behind the way they lead and the results they create.

Expect insight, challenge, practical reflection ... and probably one or two moments where you suddenly see a decision you’ve been making for years quite differently.

It’s designed for established business owners already carrying responsibility, making significant decisions and leading people and who are curious about what is happening underneath their strategy.

Each Table is limited to 12 people - a beautiful breakfast is included. Easy parking guide will be available for participants.
