Wheelers Hill 2024 Valedictory Dinner

We are looking forward to seeing you at the Wheelers Hill Valedictory Dinner to celebrate our Year 12 students and their journey through CGS at this significant school event.  Please join us for pre-dinner drinks at 7:00pm for a prompt 7:30pm start.

Dress Guests: Cocktail/Lounge Suit for guests.
Dress Students: Academic Uniform -  Blazers must be worn with shirt and tie - long sleeve shirts are to be tucked in. Students have the option of wearing pant/short/skirt.  Shoes should be polished.

IMPORTANT

• In accordance with the venue’s Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy, students will not be served alcohol. 
• Students are required to sit with their families, tables can seat a maximum of 10 guests. 
• Please note: Invitations are limited to the Year 12 student and 2 guests (their parents, guardians, caregivers or 2 close relatives).

Booking your tickets:
It's easy to book! Once you have selected the tickets you want and the table and seats you want to sit at, you have 15 minutes to complete your order. 

Specific ticket info?
Knowing who will be at which table helps us manage the dietary requirements of our guests.

Can I choose my seats/where I sit at the table I choose?
Yes! Once you select your tickets, you will be able to choose your table and available seats.

Can I find where families I wish to be seated with are?
Once you have selected your tickets, you will then be able to choose your table and seats. In this window, there is a search function that allows you to look up families you may wish to be seated with. This will show you which table they have booked and allow you to choose any available seats at that table.

Please Note:
Tables on the seating map are an indication of where tables will be, but there may be instances where a change is required.   Please ensure you check the table allocation when you arrive at the Grand Hyatt, in case of any changes.
