Wheels & Deals Event - Stall Holder Bookings

Join us for our exciting car boot-style sale and swap event dedicated to bike parts, frames, and project bikes!

Event Details:

- Location: Off-street private carpark

- Capacity: 60 stalls available

- Setup Options: You can set up your stall with either a car or a table with an umbrella/gazebo.

- Cost: $10 per stall

If you wish to book multiple neighbouring stalls, simply select the desired quantity, and we will ensure they are allocated side-by-side.

To enhance the market festivities, there will be food trucks and live music, the event is in partnership with Sydney Council.

Important Information for Stall Holders:

- Setup Time: 8 AM, with setup completion by 9 AM

- Event Time: All day, rain or shine

- Cancellation Policy: Full refund available for cancellations made up to two weeks prior to the event. No refunds thereafter.

- Permissible Items for Sale/Swap: Push bikes, e-bikes, scooters, accessories, and cycling clothing. (Please note: no food sales allowed)

- Public Admission: Free for everyone!
