Congratulations – you’re coming to Wheels at Wanaka 2025!

By registering online you’ve entered yourself and as many wheels and/or engines as you can transport for all three days of Wheels at Wanaka, including set up and earthmoving practice day on Friday April 18 and the main show days on Saturday 19 & Sunday 20 April 2025.

On Saturday April 19th and Sunday April 20th, the gates open to the public from 9am and close 4.30pm daily. If possible, please have your exhibition vehicles parked on site before the public gates open at 9am. Please use the Exhibitors Gate entrance, which will be open on Thursday and Friday and from 6.30am on Saturday and Sunday. We thank you for your co-operation.

Your entry ticket also allows you free entry to Saturday night’s exhibitor only Shakedown in the Shed Awards, from 5pm until late.

Further information around load-in, camping and Shakedown in the Shed will be sent closer to the event. Be sure to join the Exhibiting Enthusiast Facebook Group, or follow Wheels at Wanaka on Facebook, Instagram or visit the website for updates.

Don't forget, you can order Wheels Merchandise for delivery prior to, or for collection at the show.
