Event description

Wheels at Wanaka proudly presented by Three Parks, Wanaka, is a biennial event, alternating every odd Easter with Warbirds Over Wanaka International Air Show. Wheels at Wanaka is an all vehicle, all machinery “history-in-motion” vintage fair - including steam engines, tractors and farming heritage, cars of all sorts, motorbikes, trucks, earthmovers and heavy machinery.

Buzzing with energy, Wheels at Wanaka is huge! With over 50 acres of entertainment, with tractor/truck pulling and Enduro-X dirt bike competitions, ATV and electric rally car demos, an earthmoving extravaganza, and a non-stop parade ground programme. If you’d like to be part of our exciting event, with access to over 2,000 vehicle and vintage machine enthusiasts, plus up to 40,000 visitors over 3 days, then Wheels at Wanaka is for you.

Book you trade stand and save 25% by booking and paying online.  By paying online via your card you will also automatically secure a site for Saturday, 19 & Sunday, 20 April 2025.  All sites need to be booked and paid for by Tuesday 14 January 2025. Deferred payment invoices will NOT be issued for sites under 10mx10m.

If you are a food and coffee stall or earthmoving trade related stand, please indicate when booking online if you wish to trade within the earthmoving zone on Friday.  Only invited and approved traders will be eligible to trade on Friday, Saturday and Sunday within the earthmoving zone.  If you have any queries about trading on Good Friday, please email trade@wheelsatwanaka.co.nz

By exhibiting and selling your wares you will automatically have the opportunity to win trade exhibitor of the year – small and large category. Prizes will be announced at the Shakedown in the Shed Awards, Saturday, 19 April 5pm until late.

Please note FEES: All trade, markets, food and coffee sites booked online will incur a fee of 3% + $0.35 based on the transaction amount, payable to Humanitix. All manual trade application forms received via email or by post, will be charged a flat rate administration fee of $100 per application regardless of stall size.
