Join senior HSE leaders in Perth for a private roundtable on the legal and operational decisions that follow a serious workplace incident. Following a strong response to our session in Sydney, where one attendee described the discussion as worth $15,000 in free legal advice, we're bringing this closed-door conversation to Perth!

Join senior HSE leaders for an exclusive lunch experience discussing the critical legal, regulatory and operational decisions following a serious workplace incident. This is a closed-door conversation with leaders accountable for when something goes wrong.

A serious workplace incident can expose an organisation to significant legal, regulatory and reputational risk within hours. What leaders document, who they notify, what they say and what they preserve can shape the outcome of a regulator investigation long before one is formally announced.

Our first session in Sydney brought this to life through real cases and candid conversation. Attendees left with specific, practical actions to strengthen their own incident readiness, not just talking points.

01 — Proven in the room

Sydney attendees described the discussion as some of the most valuable legal and operational insight they'd received, with one estimating its value at $15,000. Perth will bring the same calibre of conversation, sharpened for a mining-heavy audience.

02 — Built for practical readiness

Two senior voices from either side of incident response will share operational and legal perspectives on what good preparation looks like, where organisations are most exposed and how response capability should be built before it is needed.
