When Worries Grow - An introduction to childhood anxiety

Learn to recognise common childhood worries and anxiety, discover practical ways to support your child, and understand how your reactions can help create a calm, confident environment at home.

We will explore:

recognising early signs

understanding our own reactions
what supports can you access
