Learn to recognise common childhood worries and anxiety, discover practical ways to support your child, and understand how your reactions can help create a calm, confident environment at home.

We will explore:

• understanding worries and anxiety

• recognising early signs

• explore ways to support your child

• understanding our own reactions

• what supports can you access
