This workshop will provide resources for breaking the loop and finding freedom when you are stuck in a problematic way in liminal space.

If you tend to get stuck in a loop or have trouble with making transitions in life, this workshop is for you. It will support you if you are a beginner, a seeker, an empath, merely curious or even if you are a spiritual practitioner or energy worker.

You will learn to recognize when you are trapped in a spiritual or energetic loop, understand why it happens, and acquire tools to ground, clear, and reclaim conscious movement through liminal space.
