Sometimes the knock comes from outside work.

Grief, relationship changes, caring responsibilities, health concerns, perimenopause or menopause can affect how you feel in yourself and follow you into the room.

Often, several things are happening at once.

None of this means you have lost your capability.

But over time, it can change how you see yourself and how you show up.

Where Did My Confidence Go?

Is a three-part live online programme for experienced women who want to understand what has affected their confidence and begin trusting themselves again.

This is not about pretending to feel confident or forcing yourself to think positively.

It is about understanding what has happened, recognising what you have started believing about yourself and taking practical steps to back yourself again.

SESSION 1: RECOGNISING THE SLOW FADE

Wednesday 23 September, 7:00 to 8:30 pm

Identify what may have been affecting your confidence and where you no longer feel like yourself. Begin separating how you feel right now from what you are actually capable of.

SESSION 2: WHAT HAVE I STARTED BELIEVING?

Wednesday 30 September, 7:00 to 8:30 pm

Explore the difference between what has actually happened and the story you have started telling yourself about it. Recognise the second-guessing, comparisons and assumptions that may be causing you to hold back.

This is not positive thinking. It is better thinking.

SESSION 3: TRUSTING MYSELF AGAIN

Wednesday 7 October, 7:00 to 8:30 pm

Reconnect with the value you already bring and identify what you can do differently when your confidence is being tested.

By the end of the programme, you will be able to:

• Identify what has been knocking your confidence, at work or in your personal life, and understand why it has affected you

• Recognise and interrupt the second-guessing that follows

• Take clear steps to speak up, back yourself and stop holding back
