Led by our Head Chef, Shyama — whose Sri Lankan roots and passion for bold, refined flavors inspire every plate — this exclusive four-course dinner blends the vibrant tastes of Asia with the purity of Western Australia's finest local produce. A true meeting of East and West, crafted with the soul of the season in mind.

Each course will be paired with exquisite wines from 3 Drops, thoughtfully selected to complement the journey of flavors. Joanne from 3 Drops will join us on the night, sharing the story and craftsmanship behind each pairing as they celebrate a remarkable milestone: 25 vintages of excellence.

First Entrée
Seared Scallops with Pol Sambol & Coconut Foam
Delicately seared scallops, set against the bold heat of traditional Sri Lankan pol sambol, finished with a light coconut foam — a coastal homage with a tropical twist.

Second Entrée
Tamarind-Marinated Lamb Cutlets with Spiced Jaggery Glaze
Tender lamb infused with tamarind, chargrilled and glazed with rich, spiced jaggery — sweet, smoky, and deeply comforting.

Main (Choice of One)
Wagyu Beef with Spiced Pumpkin Purée
A slow-cooked take on rendang, reimagined through an Australian lens. Luxurious Wagyu, paired with a smooth pumpkin purée gently laced with warm spice.

Juicy tiger prawns marinated in Ceylon spices, lime, garlic, and coconut milk, grilled to bring out a perfect smoky-sweet finish.
