🌿✨ Where the Body Speaks – Uluru Immersion ✨🌿

📍 Uluru, Northern Territory, Australia
🗓️ 1st-5th April 2027
🌅 A sacred multi-day embodied healing journey

🌏 What this event is about

Where the Body Speaks is a deeply immersive retreat held in the heart of Uluru a place often called the solar plexus of the Earth.

This is not just a retreat.
It is a return.

A return to sensation.
A return to truth in the body.
A return to what has been held, silenced, or forgotten.

Through gentle somatic exploration, breath, stillness, voice, and land-based connection, we listen to what the body has been carrying… and what it is ready to release.

🌿 What will be happening

✨ Guided somatic breathwork sessions
✨ Nervous system regulation practices (soft, trauma-informed pacing)
✨ Yin-inspired embodiment & stillness journeys
✨ Voice & expression practices (finding your authentic inner voice)
✨ Inner child & body awareness reflections
✨ Silent land connection at sacred Uluru sites
✨ Sunrise and sunset integration circles
✨ Gentle group sharing (only if and when the body feels ready)
✨ Time in nature for rest, integration, and nervous system reset

Each day is designed as a slow unwinding of the layers held in the body.

No forcing. No pushing. Just listening.

🔥 What makes this event special

Uluru is not just a location to slow down

Here, the body often begins to speak more clearly:

emotions surface gently
stored tension begins to unwind
inner truth becomes harder to ignore
silence feels deeply alive

This is a space where healing is not “done to you” it is something you remember how to allow.

The land itself supports stillness, presence, and deep inner listening. Many people describe feeling:

more grounded in their body
more emotionally open
more connected to something ancient and intelligent within themselves

This retreat is about listening beyond the mind… and letting the body lead.

🌬️ The essence of the experience

You may arrive feeling full, overwhelmed, or disconnected.

You leave feeling:

softer in your nervous system
clearer in your inner voice
more present in your body
more honest with yourself
quietly changed in ways you can’t always explain

🌸 A gentle note

This is a trauma-aware, heart-led space.
Everything is invitational. Nothing is forced.

Your body sets the pace.
