Where the River Meets the Sea - A yoga and Story Retreat

A weekend of yoga, chant, meditation, and story in Guilderton.

We will share a progressive dive into the connections between body and mind, sound and silence, land and sea, beginnings and endings.

Story will lead us into the practice and philosophy of yoga, chant will support and deepen experience, and a little artistic play will merge personal and the environmental connections.

$800 includes tuition, accommodation morning and afternoon tea. To keep the cost down this is a self catering retreat (please bring your own breakfast, lunch and dinner).
