LET THE WATERS FLOW

This dance is an invitation to enter the current — to let your body become the river, to move with what’s alive beneath the surface, and to trust the intelligence of your own flow.

Through movement, we awaken the waters within — the emotional tides, the fluidity of our bodies, the voice that rises from our depths.

At the close of our dance, we’ll gather in circle with Talia Brand, a sound and somatic therapist who works with voice in a non-linear way throughout the whole body to awaken and restore our unique soul note.

Together, we’ll continue the flow — through sound, breath, and vibration — allowing our voices to move like water, merging in resonance and release.

Come to move. To feel. To let the waters flow.

About Ceri (Soularliving):

Ceri is a 200hr trained Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher, a 200hr eco-somatic yoga guide, and a 300hr somatic dance facilitator, offering regular dance events in Wānaka.

She is currently studying Dance/Movement Therapy (DMT) and will complete her training by the end of 2025.

Ceri is passionate about weaving together her love of nature, somatics, and community to create spaces for expression, healing, and embodied aliveness.
