Whiskey Club - Meet the Distiller ft. George Dickel

Whiskey Club double feature! 

This whiskey club will tout more whiskey royalty than any before! We will be hosting both Nicole Austin, head distiller and distillery manager for George Dickel, as well as Todd Leopold, head distiller and founder of Leopold Brothers Distillery. 

In her role as General Manager and Distiller of Cascade Hollow Distilling Co., Nicole Austin leads the strategic direction of the company, with responsibilities across operations and marketing for the distillery and its whisky brands.

Since joining the Cascade Hollow team in 2018, she’s been instrumental in the latest innovations from George Dickel – including George Dickel Bottled in Bond Distilling Season Fall 2005, Whisky Advocate’s “Whisky of the Year” in 2019. In March 2020, Nicole was named as Artisan Spirit Magazine’s first ever “Distiller of the Year,” before earning the “Distillery Manager” award from Icons of Whisky Awards in 2021.

In addition to the George Dickel Bottled in Bond Series, Nicole also launched the award-winning Dickel Bourbon, the George Dickel x Leopold Bros Collaboration Rye Blend and Cascade Moon Whisky series. 

Todd Leopold, with his brother Scott, founded Leopold Brothers Distillery in 1999. Todd is an industry powerhouse with an impressive 28+ years experience in distilling, brewing, and malting. In his 28 year career Todd has been a three time James Beard Award semi-finalist.

- George Dickel x Leopold Brother Collaboration Rye Blend

- George Dickel Rye

- George Dickel Single Barrel 9yr Rye Barrel Select (if we can get our hands on it)

In addition to the usual assortment of charcuterie to line your whiskey belly, we will also be offering a welcome cocktail so that we can all get nice and cozy before we start schmoozing.
