Whiskey Making Workshop - from barley to barrel

From barley to barrel - this is a unique opportunity to create your own whiskey from scratch. This workshop is a hands-on experience in which you will learn all the steps and processes involved in the production of whiskey.
From grinding the malted barley all the way through the fermentation process and the intricacies of distillation - participants will discover the essential elements that give whiskey its flavour, mouthfeel and smoothness.
The full-day workshop includes a gourmet lunch and blind whiskey tasting. All participants will be invited to a free barrel sampling after 12 months and after 2 years maturing - you will get priority access to the whiskey you have made to purchase at wholesale prices.
Please note that this workshop includes physical activity and is only available to people who are 18+. Numbers are limited to 10 participants per workshop to ensure each person can be actively involved in the process.
