Breaking The Mold

What's our first session all about?  Well it's about breaking preconceived ideas many people have about whiskies, how they're made and everything else surrounding them.  This first session will start the process of viewing whiskies via their flavours instead of just using regions or countries, as we look at moving into cask maturations, finishings and everything else throughout the year.   At this tasting you'll be sampling a minimum of six different whiskies.  While Whisky 101 is designed to be an immersive 11 event extravaganza, each tasting is designed so that you can jump in, without having to have attended previous events.
