Official Bottlings Vs Independent Bottlings

We'll give you a clue with the topic of the tasting. Independent bottlers vs official bottlers, what do they do, how do they go about it, and how does a whisky released by an independent bottler differ from a whisky released by the official bottler.  You'll be trying whiskies officially released by the distillery and comparing them side by side with similar whiskies from the same distillery released by independent bottlers.

Every class kicks off at 6:30pm. During the course of the lesson, we will discuss, sample, and learn about whisk(e)y. Using 5-6 tasty samples at every lesson, and a few different nibbles. The classes are run by resident spirit expert, Nathan, and team.  The 101 class will take approximately 90minutes, but you are more than welcome to hang around afterwards, and explore a little bit further at the bar.
