• Wheatbelt Whiskey  Single Malt served with the Venison Carpaccio
• Upshot Bandit Australian Corn Whiskey served with the house aired dried Coppa
• Upshot Australian Corn Whiskey served with the Smoked Bacon
• Upshot cask strength Australian Corn Whiskey served with the Honey Bite Merguez
