Wicked Elephants offer White Out as a gathering place to explore the internalised and systemic racism we live in and perpetuate as white people.

This is a practice field, a place to share stories, to build capacity together so that we can better traverse our contemporary landscape - so that we become anti-racist, enlivening ourselves to act with courage and awareness.

What strength and support might a group give me?

WE believe strongly that we need to do this work together. Let us shine a light back on ourselves; embrace a new way of being and a passion to be part of something bigger - a global movement, to shift one of the greatest elephants in the room, white privilege. Let’s not wait any longer, this is our work, we can co-create a more just world.

Your Wicked Elephants facilitators will host four weekly conversations, and we don’t just talk: we use action and exercises, work in small groups and engage contemplation and reflection. Our group sizes are limited and our style is warm and inclusive.

We would love you to climb aboard and navigate with us a way through this white out.
