Why workplaces should attend?

Workplaces are one of the most powerful settings for prevention.

They influence culture, leadership, behaviour and expectations. They are also places where people spend a significant part of their lives, build relationships and learn what behaviour is accepted.

For HR leaders, executives, people and culture teams, safety professionals, managers and business leaders, this Breakfast provides an opportunity to consider:

Is our workplace doing enough to prevent violence and disrespect before harm occurs?
Do our leaders know how to recognise and respond to harmful behaviours?
Are our policies supported by culture, capability and action?
Do our people feel confident to speak up?
Are we creating the kind of workplace we say we want to be?

White Ribbon Australia works with organisations across Australia through workplace training and accreditation, helping them strengthen leadership, culture, capability and response.

For organisations ready to take the next step, the Breakfast is an opportunity to learn more about what effective workplace prevention can look like and how to begin.
