Join us on Saturday, November 18th for our Whitney Canyon Falls Hike & Sound Bath! We'll be hiking Whitney Canyon Falls Trail at Whitney Canyon Park. This is a 3 mile out & back trail. We'll also have our Sound Bath Guide Carla lead a Sound Bath session in nature.

Bring your yoga mat, hiking shoes or sturdy sneakers (you’ll need them), pack water and a sandwich, invite some friends, and get ready to enjoy the outdoors. We’ll start the day at Bianca. After the hike, we'll make our way to a local eatery for food and drinks before heading back home.

EVENT DETAILS:

10:00 AM – Meet at Bianca
10:30 AM – Depart
12:00 PM – Arrive at hike entrance
1:30 PM – Snack break on the trail/ Sound Bath
2:45 PM – Conclude hike head to a Local Eatery for food & drinks
5:00 PM - Depart back to Bianca
