Who Gets To Flourish? Art and Access to Personal and Collective Restoration

Join us at CrossPurpose for an evening reception celebrating Who Gets To Flourish? Art and Access to Personal and Collective Restoration, a collaborative exhibition with Impact Arts.

This exhibition centers artists creating while incarcerated and invites us to consider a challenging question: Who is given the conditions to grow, to heal, and to flourish? In a society where incarceration disproportionately impacts communities already burdened by poverty, the barriers to restoration often extend far beyond prison walls.

Through these compelling artworks, testimonies, and imagination, these artists challenge the assumption that confinement defines capacity. Their work insists on dignity, humanity, and the possibility of transformation.

Hosted in the Imago Dei Gallery at CrossPurpose, this evening will include:

• A reception with light refreshments

• A guided introduction to the exhibition

• Building relationship with Impact Arts
