The light shrinks. The air changes. Something ancient in the body recognises this shift and asks to be still, to release, to let what is finished finally finish before winter arrives.

On 8 November, under the new moon, we are holding space for exactly that.

WHOLE is a five hour ceremony bringing together three of the most powerful modalities we know: voice frequency work, live sound ceremony and PRISM™ Kundalini Activation. Not as separate experiences placed one after the other, but as one living, breathing arc that moves you from the surface of yourself all the way down and back.

Who is holding this space

Rubén Yon'ton (also known as Rubén Vucubcame) is a Nahua indigenous ritual artist and musician from the Anahuaca-Mexica tradition in Mexico. Through his project Origin Te Yon'ton, meaning Origin of the Heart, he offers immersive ritual sound journeys, voice workshops and drum birthing sessions rooted in healing and ancestral connection. His practice explores sound as a pathway to presence and spiritual awakening, using indigenous instruments, group chanting and drumming to unlock resonance points deep in the body. He has shared his work across the UK and internationally, including at Occulture Conference and Elementary Festival. And he is also, simply, a friend whose work Natalia trusts with her whole body.

Natalia Bareikis is the founder of Luv Yourself Space and creator of the PRISM™ Method, internationally accredited by IPHM, the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine. With 17 years of embodied practice in Kundalini Activation, breathwork, somatic healing and non-duality, her work sits at the intersection of ancient energy wisdom and modern neuroscience. The PRISM™ Method has been tested in a medical laboratory using EEG brain mapping, with results showing neuroplasticity and psychedelic-like brain states without any substances. These findings will be presented at an international psychology and science conference in Washington DC in September 2026.

Together, Rubén and Natalia bring two living traditions into one room. Indigenous ancestral sound and contemporary energy science. The voice of the earth and the intelligence of the body. What they share is a belief that the deepest healing does not happen through understanding. It happens through direct experience.

What the evening holds

This is not two practitioners taking turns. This is two living traditions working simultaneously in the same room.

Rubén will be creating live. Voice, indigenous instruments, chanting, drumming, an unscripted ritual sound journey that responds to the energy in the room in real time. Not a performance. A living ceremony that breathes and shifts with every person present.

At the same time, Natalia will be facilitating PRISM™ Kundalini Activation. Moving through the space, working with the energy field of each person, responding to what is moving, what is stuck, what needs support to release.

The two practices will not run alongside each other as separate things happening in the same room. They will respond to each other. The sound will inform the activation. The activation will inform the sound. What emerges between them is something neither could create alone.

This is live activation in the truest sense. Nothing is pre-planned beyond the intention. Everything that happens in that room on 8 November will happen once and never again in exactly that way.

We open with a voice frequency journey to bring the body present and the mind quiet. We move through the full live ceremony and activation arc together. We close with integration, stillness and space to land.

You will leave different from how you arrived. Not because we will tell you what to feel or who to become. But because five hours of this, held intentionally, under a new moon, at the edge of winter, has a way of doing what needs to be done.

This evening is for you if:

Please wear comfortable clothing you can move and lie down in. Bring a water bottle. Food beforehand should be light. We will share more detailed preparation guidance with all ticket holders closer to the date.
