Functional, Diverse, Social & Fun, Josh's movement classes are for everyone.

Fluid Being to me is about being in flow. 
"Being" is both a state/attitude. A way of being.
It is also refers to the physical body. A human-being. 
By challenging ourselves with a regular physical practice, we aim to grow stronger and more flexible striving for new challenges and a deeper connection to ourselves. This permeates into our lives as we better adapt and flow with the challenges of life. Harnessing our practiced strength, resilience and flexibility. 

Join in and experience:

  • 💪 Functional: Moving in a way that helps you more functional in your everyday life  
  • 🦍 Animal: Using our full range of motion to satiate our primate bodies
  • 🤸‍♂️ Skill: Instead more of the same. Improvement at one skill leads to unlocking new skills and abilities
  • 🌻 Communal: Health can only occur at an individual and community level
  • 👅 Play: You leave sweaty and smiling forgetting you've exercised
  • 🌱 Scalable: However you turn up there is always ways we can move that will support you. ❌ No Pain No Gain ✅ Supporting yourself 

Tools of the trade: Kettle bells, Dowel Rods, Yoga Mats, Yoga Blocks, Gymnastic rings, The floor

We meet every Wednesday evenings:  
🕕 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM
📍 KoWorks Killcare, Balcony
Just bring your water bottle and wear some comfortable clothes.
