About the facilitator:

Anna McAnndra is an integrative health practitioner of 35 years, who has practised and lectured internationally in Chiropractic, Acupuncture and the science of Nutritional Medicine. She is a certified Lifestyle Medicine professional, as well as being a credentialled counsellor, results coach, mother and musician. She is also one of our yoga teachers here at Selwyn Sports Centre! Her passion is helping people to reclaim their wellbeing on all levels (physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually). She will inspire you to make changes that feel good and really work in the context of your own life and deeply empower you to become the architect of your own health.
