A 90 Minute Introductory Workshop using the Wheel of Consent®

A practical, interactive, value packed session for parents & parents to be who want more connection, less resentment, clearer boundaries and more whole hearted relationships at home.

Parenting is fulfilling and challenging and we are not meant to parent alone.

Join this session to connect with others, learn and feel more nourished.

This is facilitated workshop is offers you:

immediate, usable tools
embodied insight rather than theory
practical everyday wisdom
self care that works in family life
connection with other parents/parents to be

You will learn how the Wheel of Consent® can be used as a way to stay connected to yourself, your feelings, limits and what you want.. so that you can communicate with loving clarity with your partner, support people and your children as they grow.

This is a stand alone session, a rich and spacious mix of learning, information and experiential practice. You will be invited to reflect, join a smaller paired or more break out room and do some simple body based practice.

Everything is an invitation and you may participate in a way that feels comfortable for you.

For those wanting more, a longer online Whole Hearted Parenting course will be running in the coming months.

You are welcome to attend, exactly as you are, with your questions and curiosities about parenting and how to maintain and build strong relationships with clear and loving communication.

Warmly

Jo Marie
