Whole Yourself is a taster workshop aims to introduce you to the concept of creative arts therapy. It is a space for adults to reconnect with their authentic selves and be who they are without judgement.

What to expect? Using arts as therapy, Char will activate your inner creativity and introduce you ways we can utilise different art forms for hauora. In this workshop, we will learn about the Māori health model, Te Whare tapa whā, and explore the different aspects of hauora. No art experience needed, just an open-mind and a kind heart.

About the facilitator:
Founder of HEĀRT - Healing Arts, Charmaine Lam is qualified facilitator to use arts as therapy in groups (PGDips in Creative Arts Therapy & MSc in Psychology). With years of experience as a mental health worker both locally and internationally, she is passionate about making wellbeing services inclusive and accessible, her mahi is using a holistic approach to look after hauora and embracing your authentic self.
